Multiplicative Discipleship
This training teaches you how to start a discipleship process in your personal environment. The content is simple, but challenging, as familiar concepts are questioned. It is not primarily about building large churches, but about new believers becoming mature disciples who in turn produce new disciples.
Inner Healing
Jesus says that his word and his presence lead us into true freedom. This seminar invites us to recognise emotional wounds, lies or wrong thought patterns in our lives and to consciously bring them before God. In his presence, it becomes possible to recognise the roots of these inner blockages, bring them to light and begin the healing process that leads us step by step to freedom.
Identity in Christ
A transformative, multi-part journey through the Bible designed to help us uncover the truths of our identity in Christ and answer the fundamental question, "Who am I?". Step by step, we explore who we truly are in Christ and how this new identity can transform our lives and actions. Through God's Word, we gain a fresh perspective on ourselves, others, and our calling.
Evangelistic Lifestyle
The e:camp is designed to inspire and empower each participant to share the greatest message in the world in a way that is both relevant to everyday life and marked by the power of God. Participants will learn to live and communicate this message authentically, relying on the Holy Spirit, within their personal environments.
Gifts, Life Calling & Planning
In this workshop, you will receive guidance in discovering your personal calling. You will have the opportunity to reflect on your gifts, abilities, and various aspects of your life. Based on this, you will gain clarity on your calling and identify the life goals that matter most to you. The workshop will also help you create a practical plan with concrete steps to pursue and achieve these goals in your everyday life.
The Holy Spirit and his Gifts
This seminar invites you to experience a deeper encounter with the Holy Spirit and His supernatural power. You will discover how the Holy Spirit works in your life, equipping you with His gifts to build God's kingdom. In this encounter, you will not only learn how to use His gifts to encourage and empower others, but also experience firsthand how His transformative power can change your life.

"As a small group, we approached the topic of discipleship at the beginning of this year and came into contact with Nico. We quickly realised that we could take big steps here as a church to reach our city, neighbours, friends and family with the good news. The sessions offer a very comprehensive picture of our mission that goes far beyond spreading the word. Everyone can do something and nobody has to wait for a certain level of maturity to get started. It depends on our heart and whether we not only say YES, but also do the YES. Becoming practical is one of the most outstanding elements of the course and an integral part of all units. In our experience, this was also the biggest challenge for the very diverse participants. The evenings also quickly aroused great interest among people outside the local church. A tension between growth (also spiritual) and the associated conflicts must be accepted in advance, as the course will not only bring about changes within the congregation. A deeper understanding of our mission, personally, as a group and as a church, is one of the results. But the best thing is that everyone will be addressed personally and experience change in their lives."
