carriers of hope e.V. is an apostolic ministry with various international projects. The work of the organization includes the following goals and purposes:
- Starting discipleship movements and church planting.
- Seminars, trainings & workshops particularly on the topics of discipleship and multiplication.
- Establishment of training centers to train and educate christian leaders.
- Evangelism: Street-Outreach and gospel campaigns.
- Humanitarian relief and support.
`carriers of hope´- founder Nico Borissov has been following Jesus since 2007, he lives with his family in Passau/Germany and is a leader for evangelism & mission in his home church (Baptist church). In 2011 he completed a Bible College in Berlin and in 2016 he earned a Bachelor of Theology. Since 2013 he has been able to serve in various nations and initiated different projects such as: Gospel campaigns and outreach in Germany, Bulgaria, Uganda & DRC; Establishment of a leadership-training school in Pakwach/Uganda; Church planting in Nwoya district/Uganda; Ministry among refugees (Farsi-speakers, Kurds, Arabs & Ukrainians in Germany); Microcredit-Project for single mothers in Gulu/Uganda; Seminars, Trainings on Discipleship & Multiplication in Uganda, DRC, Germany, Ukraine & Bulgaria; Ongoing mentoring for disciple makers and church planters in Germany & DRC
From 2017 to 2021 he was employed as Assistant Pastor in his home church and since the beginning of 2021 he followed the call to focus on the ministry of their organization only. Nico is a disciple maker, trainer and church planter with an apostolic and pastoral heart. He loves to see how people find their purpose, identity and calling in Jesus and also to see the kingdom of God spread through all walks of life. He is married to Claudia and father of two girls.
